How the Guarantee Works

  • Supplements & Consumables: You are welcome to open and try our products! If you aren't satisfied after using them, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Wellness Tools & Apparel: Non-consumable items (equipment, tools, clothing) must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Damages & Defects: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please let us know immediately at support@HoliFitShop.com so we can rush a replacement to you.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Email Us: Send a note to support@HoliFitShop.com with your order number and a brief note about why the product wasn't for you (your feedback helps us improve!).

  2. Get Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the correct return address.

  3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the item (or verification of the issue), we will process your refund. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The Fine Print (Made Simple)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

  • We can only process one "opened product" return per customer per specific product (to prevent abuse of the policy).

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen the credit in your account, please reach out to us so we can investigate.
