  • Shipping method selected

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
HoliFit Shop is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier issues

  • Missed deliveries

International Shipping & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order beyond our estimated timelines.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@HoliFitShop.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Pre-Order & Backorder Items

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order may ship together once all items are available. If you prefer split shipping, contact support (additional fees may apply).
